Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original box or a sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit, as fragrances are delicate goods.

  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
